Returns and refunds


Due to the nature of our products (hand-poured candles and wax melts), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty.


Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your order arrives damaged or a product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


Incorrect Orders:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Please Note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used candles and wax melts cannot be returned.
  • We recommend checking your items carefully upon delivery
